By paying the booking fee, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- the booking fee is 100% redeemable against purchase of vase/flowers during At Home appointment. Minimum spend of $100 applies.
-once the date and time is confirmed by us, the booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 48hrs of scheduled time.
-by means of mutual courtesy, we endeavour to be strictly punctual; please ensure that we have all the correct details of your address (e.g. lobby number), and that you are also available at the agreed appointment time.
-any appointments which exceed 90 minutes in length shall incur a $50 service charge per additional 30 minutes, or part thereof, unless the total invoice exceeds $500.
-any arrangements which need to be taken away and returned (e.g. for fixing into foam) will incur a 15% surcharge. The surcharge will be based on the cost of that arrangement.
- may we remind customers that the At Home service is free of charge and with this in mind, we respectfully ask that customers refrain from requesting discounts as they cannot be given.
